1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on Old Nvy Shop, you agree to these Terms of Purchase. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and the updated version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after the changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Product Availability and Pricing

• All product information, including descriptions, prices, and availability, is provided as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that product details are error – free. In the event of an incorrect price or description, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order.
• Prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD). All payments must be made in USD, and any currency conversion fees are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Order Placement and Confirmation

• When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email only acknowledges that we have received your order, not that we have accepted it.
• We accept your order when we dispatch the products to you. At this point, a contract is formed between you and Old Nvy Shop.

4. Shipping

• We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 – 3 business days from the time of order acceptance.
• Estimated delivery times are 6 – 12 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors outside of our control, such as customs clearance (for international orders).
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Once we hand over your order to the shipping carrier, we will no longer have control over the delivery process.

5. Returns and Refunds

• You have 60 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• To start a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected]. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5 – 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping costs are non – refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Product Warranty

• All products sold on Old Nvy Shop are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Details of the warranty can usually be found in the product description or packaging.
• If you believe your product is defective under the warranty, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Old Nvy Shop will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
